Shawnee citizen Ed Bolt mourns the loss of his son, E.J., but finds solace in the fact that before he died, he chose to become an organ donor.
At just 36 years old, E.J., an electrician of Mustang, suffered a fatal aneurysm. When he became an organ donor, he was able to save the lives of five others in need of a lifesaving transplant. Ed hopes these recipients live long and flourish as he understands the precious value behind those new beginnings.
