About the LifeShare Network
LifeShare Network, Inc., serves as the parent company for LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma, Inc., the only federally authorized Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) for the state of Oklahoma, LifeShare Tissue Services, Inc., and LifeShare Innovations, LLC.
The LifeShare Network and its subsidiaries exist with community support from the LifeShare Foundation, Inc., The LifeShare Network, Inc., serves as the administrative resource to its subsidiaries allowing them to focus on their primary functions of procuring more organs and tissue resulting in more lives saved.

LifeShare Foundation
Every 8 minutes, another person is added to the transplant waitlist. The need for donor heroes is critical, which is why we center our philanthropic outreach around awareness, support and research.

Our Impact
In 2025, LifeShare’s Donation Services team managed more than 14,000 donor referrals, leading to approximately 2,500 discussions with families. Our Donation Services Coordinators embraced new process improvement projects to maximize every opportunity for organ and tissue recovery, including through expanded Labor of Love and Research-Exclusive Donation programs.
LifeShare’s Tissue team continued to excel, earning two industry awards from MTF Biologics: The Golden Glove and the Emerald Award of Excellence.
