Justin Johnson brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the transplant profession to LifeShare. He has built high-performing organ procurement organization teams, strengthened hospital and transplant center partnerships, and advanced operational excellence in organ, eye, and tissue donation across major service areas nationwide.

As Chief Operating Officer, Justin leads all donor-related and clinical operations, supporting LifeShare’s mission to save lives and inspire hope. He is a registered nurse, certified procurement transplant coordinator, and holds a master’s degree in biomedical sciences with a concentration in human donation science.
