LifeShare Legacy Award Nominations
LifeShare is celebrating 40 years of saving lives and inspiring hope in 2026. This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of our tag agency partners, community advocates, healthcare partners and many others who help advance our mission to save lives and inspire hope through organ, eye and tissue donation. The LifeShare Legacy Awards honor these partners and the lasting impact they have on donor heroes and their loved ones, recipients and those awaiting lifesaving transplants, and the entire LifeShare community. The winners of each category – Tag Agency Partner, Donation Champion, Healthcare Hero and Hospital Partner – will be recognized at the LifeShare 40th Anniversary Celebration on June 4 in Oklahoma City.
Nominations are due May 1 at 5 pm.
Tag Agency Partner
This award honors a tag agency whose partnership has helped transform everyday interactions into lifesaving opportunities. Through commitment and collaboration, they advance the mission of donation across the communities they serve.
Donation Champion
This award recognizes an individual or organization who has gone above and beyond to advocate for organ, eye and tissue donation. Their voice, passion and leadership inspire action and create lasting impact.
Hospital Partner
This award celebrates a hospital whose dedication and teamwork exemplify excellence in donation. Their compassionate care and strong partnership help ensure that the gift of life is possible for those in need.
Healthcare Hero
This award honors a healthcare professional whose compassion, integrity and service reflect the very heart of donation. Their work leaves a lasting legacy for donor families, recipients, and the communities they serve.
